Aviation Office is a Community, Recruitment and Office solution for corporate Pilots, corporate Flight Attendants, and all other business aviation personnel.

The website is dedicated to serve Pilots and Flight Attendants with daily current business aviation jobs, news, information, contacts and tips.

The website consists of three major sections. The Community, the Forum and the Recruitment section. An Office solution is coming up in a few weeks.



The COMMUNITY will provide all kinds of features a modern community software like Xing, LinkedIn, Facebook or others is able to provide.

Furthermore we have a specific focus on Pilots' and Flight Attendants' daily needs like trainings, information and tips on destinations, weather, airports, handling, catering, transportation, hotels, contacts and more.

The FORUM section can be used as al the other Forum you know. It is a very powerful software and will not leave any wishes unsatisfied. In case you would need some additional features in the Forum, don't hesitate to contact us and tell us your needs. We hope you can use the Forum as a good source of information and you enjoy it.

The RECRUITMENT section is continuously growing and is constantly up to date. Our claim is to grow and improve daily to pool crews and planes and give them the best chance to get hired.

You can use the email alert function to be notified when a job which suites your profile pops up.

As we specialize in Business Aviation, you will not find Airline Jobs on our site but only those jobs which are really interesting for you.

Our mission is to allow Aviation Employers to easily find a contract pilot or contract flight attendant by means of using our directory as well as through direct application of either of them.

The OFFICE solution is implemented now and will be continously grow to comprehend the many administration features, a download section, a document upload and expiry alert, accident reports, travel alerts, business aviation news, pictures and games

Here you will also be able to upload licenses, visa, passports and other documents. You can set an expiry date and decide if and when the system will send you an email to remind you to update your paperwork or to apply for a new visa or medical.


We are working hard to establish new useful tools for all sections and would highly appreciate every feedback on same.
