If I upload my CV, does everyone can see it or just the employers?

No! Nobody will see it. Also none of employers as long as you do not apply. The only time someone can see and/or download your uploaded CV is when you applied for a job.

In that case only the SPECIFIC employer will be able to download it.

When I am logging in I can't change username and I think it's my email address right? It looked to me that it is my username and visible to everyone on the forum etc. Is it so? How can I change username to xxx? Is my email address the username and visible to everyone?

As the system does not accept you to sign up without a username, you will always only see the username and not the email address. For spam protection and abuse reasons you cannot change this username. Contact me if you would like to.

Actually you have two ways of logging in. Your Username or the Email address.

The community will only show your username, as this is to protect your private data.

Can I upload large pictures?

Yes, you can upload pictures up to 2 MB.

This is more than enough for an excelant web presentation. Usualy I see resume pictures of about 200kb which it ten times less.

As the screen resolution is limmited it doesnt make very much sense to upload bigger files, as they will trouble application sendings later on if you or an employer has a slow internet connection.

Therfore we limmited the upload to 2MB.

If you wnat to load your photos from the studio and they are a little bigger follow this easy steps:

Go to www.picresize.com/
Upload your photo, click "continue"
Select "Resize your Picture" to 1280
Click "I'm done..."

Thats it.
This will give you a very nice picture with way less MBs.
Then you can upload it easily.
