Dear All,

First of all we would like to thank you for your feedback and your help to find some smaller and bigger bugs.
The Master of all bugs was a job alert trouble which caused quite a few inapplicable job alerts.
That one was keeping me running the last 30 days.

You might have received some alerts where you couldn't find a connection between your keyword or your request and the actual job alert.

Please accept my apologies!

We overhauled the alert and the alert logic so that the teething troubles should be solved now.
Thanks again for you appreciated feedback.

We try to send you the most accurate job alert with as much strikes as possible with as less inapplicable alerts as possible. We optimized the process and you also can select whether you use the keyword search or not.

Herewith we would kindly ask you to check your job alert settings over here.

Our new keyword search is a very powerful tool, as it will search the whole description of the job post. But be aware that if you enter unspecific keywords like "global" or "pilot" you might not only get job alerts for the "Global Express Aircraft" but also if some employer is using a phrase like "we are seeking a GLOBAL leader"

We suggest that you try to set up your job alert as much as you can using the selection boxes.
Those results will be fault proof.

We do hope, that you will enjoy the overhauled feature and keep up sending your feedback if you still note some faults, bugs or trouble.

Kind regards

Alex
